How to Use This Activity

  1. Choose a stretch activity. Select an activity you have never tried before that requires interaction, communication, or support from others and aligns with building resilience.

  2. Commit to the experience. The activity should last at least 60 minutes and intentionally push you beyond your comfort zone.

  3. Participate fully. Enter the experience with openness, courage, and a willingness to learn—even if discomfort arises.

  4. Reflect afterward. Use the journal prompts provided to summarize what you learned, how the experience challenged you, and the ways it strengthened your resilience.

  5. Apply the insight. Identify at least one takeaway you can carry into your leadership, personal growth, or daily life.
